Biography

Riley McAvoy is a National Geographic Associate Producer and in house photographer. She is an award winning photojournalist based out of Washington D.C. Her work had brought her around the world to places like Alaska, the arctic, across the United States and Europe. She is passionate about documenting, and educating on environmental and humanitarian issues. Most recently she has been an Associate Story Producer National Geographic’s “The Incredible Dr. Pol.” She has also contributed on projects for Netflix, Kenai Fjords National Park, Bottega, Consumers Energy, Max and more.
